Gel polish is the most requested treatment in the studio, and for good reason: it goes onto the natural nail, cures under a lamp, and stays flat and glossy far longer than regular polish. I apply it with a nail-sparing technique — no aggressive filing of the plate, careful cuticle work, and a base coat that levels the surface first. You choose from over a hundred shades, and if you are undecided we find a tone that suits your skin and the occasion.
What's included
- Removal of old polish and preparation of the natural nail

- Two colour coats and a top coat, LED cured
- Cuticle oil and a short hand massage
Aftercare
Avoid long soaks for the first 24 hours. Use cuticle oil every evening — a flexible nail keeps the polish sealed at the edge. Wear gloves for housework. Never pick gel polish off yourself: it takes the top layers of the natural nail with it.
Frequently asked questions
How long does gel polish last?
Two to three weeks, depending on how fast your nails grow and how much your hands are in water. For most clients three weeks is realistic before regrowth shows.
Does gel polish damage your nails?
Not when it is removed properly. Damage almost always comes from peeling it off at home or from over-filing. In the studio the gel is softened and lifted without touching the nail plate.
How much does gel polish cost in Vranje?
At Tenshi Art gel polish is 2,500 RSD and takes about 60 minutes. Removal of previous gel is included if we applied it.
