An infill is maintenance, not a rebuild: the old colour layer comes off, the gap that has grown out at the cuticle is filled, and the apex is rebuilt so the nail keeps its strength. Regular infills are why some clients wear the same set for months without a single break, and skipped infills are why others do not.

Aftercare
The same as after extensions. If you notice a nail lifting at the cuticle, come in early — a small repair is cheaper and faster than a full rebuild.
Frequently asked questions
When is it time for an infill?
Three to four weeks after extensions or your last infill, or as soon as you can see two to three millimetres of regrowth.
Can I have an infill if another salon did the extensions?
Yes, but mention it when booking. Sometimes the old product has to come off and the set is rebuilt.
